Services
Our kennels are of the highest standard and have been designed to ensure your pets holiday is enjoyable and comfortable. Indoor areas are light and airy with heated floors, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans to provide comfort day and night, Winter or Summer. Guests enjoy the privacy of their own boarding kennel with an individual run which leads onto a large grassed area for playtime and exercise.
Rates are PER CALENDAR DAY (not per night or 24 hour period) so both drop off and pick up days are chargeable. If payment for your pet(s) accommodation is 7 or more days in arrears your pet/s are sent to the RSPCA with your contact details. Pet Daycare is a short day stay visit where you drop your pet off in the morning and pick your pet up before close of business.

LIVID! I rang and booked my dogs in and was told I would be called back with more information, 10 days later no call so I called them to be told my dogs weren't booked in and they were fully booked! I gave them exact details of my call date and time and even length of call! (I couldn't remember name if person I spoke to)They couldn't put me on cancellation list because too many people were on it! Not good enough! Ruined our holiday plans as being so close to Xmas no one else had vacancies.. lady I spoke to didnt even try to help! Definitely will NEVER make another booking again! Extremely poor

I shall strongly recommend this place. The staff are polite and caring...trustworthy with whom you could happily leave your pets. The place is clean and bright with amazing happy dogs in their care. My dog is totally blind with special needs, I'm very happy to have found a place to leave him when i go on short trips.

What a beautiful place! Our dogs have been here twice now when we go away and it’s beautiful!! A beautiful location for our 2 dogs to stay. The people form the first meeting are so friendly and happy. The building and play areas are so clean. All the dogs are bouncing around happy. Highly recommended this place on serve provided, cleanliness and the price is very very fair for what you get. Thank you!

My Rosabell which is a care companion dog,and she went over to see her palace that she will be staying in for 6 weeks,and the staff went above and beyond to welcome myself and rosabell and ease my anxiety that I had leaving Rosabell behind.
