Car was very reasonably priced- were up front about fee as applicable- and when to my and their shock - 6 hours after leaving the yard the gear selector bolt broke on the car (common problem for car of its age) they assisted with the tow to get it back to them- got it fixed at their costs and made sure the car was fine before I left with it again 2 days later.

We purchased a VW Golf GTI from Selective Autos in July 2021 and have had mechanical issues with the vehicle from the start. The vehicle has already been to the mechanics 3 times, not a very good experience and will never purchase another vehicle from here ever again. Now with the latest issue I will be out of pocket $900 a couple of weeks after 3 month warranty period has ended.

AN HONEST REVIEW. Im happy with my car (Honda Odyssey 2014). After some dramas with the car after purchase and patience needed- Selective Autos did provide satisfactory service for 'selective cars'. They strongly advised I purchase comprehensive warranty which was good (Integrity) and so far Integrity have certainly been helpful. I got a great price and My car is beautiful and my pride & joy and happy that Selective Autos detailed and presented her to me in the best possible presentation-THANKYOU. Affordable price, good quality, neat service, honest people & great experience. We recently bought a Toyota Camry sedan as a family car buyer. The sales person was open to us about the car having an engine noise though with a good service record, highlighting that it is not a major issue. Initially we were a little worried about the noise but then when we got it inspected from our regular mechanic after the purchase of the car it turned out to be a common issue usually found in used Toyota Camry(s).
