The good news is when you are away, you can pass on your Club card to a friend or family member to receive your free treatment in your absence. This will just cost them $25 on the day. You have one free treatment each month. If you cannot make it for any reason you may pass it onto your friend or family member but we cannot roll it over to the following month.

After your facial treatment you will be escorted to our relaxation lounge where you can stay and relax even more. Put your feet up and enjoy a range of complimentary beverages and bite size desserts.
Facial treatments designed for people who want to correct specific skin concerns. Our dermal therapists have exceptional knowledge of the skin. They know how the skin works and what treatment is needed to deliver you results. The Medi-Spa offers a no frills treatment meaning prices are cheaper due to not having any access to our spa facilities.

We stock Ultraceuticals in store and are always happy to prescribe the correct home care routine to you. If you cannot get to us you now you have the option to order your Ultraceuticals products online and get them delivered straight to your door.

Urban Retreat Day Spa is a beautiful and tranquil place. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk upstairs to where the spa is. Fantastic and beautiful staff.
I had chosen the Salt scrub massage and I had Rea doing it. She was amazing! Very gentle and professional and she used the perfect pressure. Just how I like it.

Wow! what an experience. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming I Felt like a million dollars after my treatment. I had a couples lava stone massage for me and my partner and was so relaxing and professional, gentle but worked the muscle groups enough. Definitely worth it and will be back soon!

My day with Tiwi was amazing.
The level of care and professionalism was outstanding.
