Our Practise opened in 2010, we started out in a very small office in Castle Hill and since then we've outgrown our space rapidly twice! Currently, our practise operates out of an office in Norwest Business Park, Bella Vista.

Since our beginnings we've helped thousands of people reduce their medications, reduce and maintain their weight long term, discovered lots of food allergies/intolerances and managed old and new injuries so our clients can live their healthiest lives!Our clients often find us through referral through their GP or specialist or word of mouth from our many successful clients and we thank you for helping our practise become what it is today!
Services
At Bites we understand that one on one consultations in a clinic may not suit everyone. We offer a range of service options in order to provide everyone with access to quality health services that they deserve. Benefits of skinfold testing: You get a measurable body fat change! Results are given in mm of body fat on 8 different body sites including biceps, triceps, shoulder blade, 3 points on the abdomen, thigh and calf.
Food is an integral part of our everyday life. We need to eat in order for our bodies to function. At Bites, we also believe that food should be enjoyed. Since eating is a daily occurrence, our diet shouldn't feel restrictive, complicated and monotonous. We aim to devise plans that our clients look forward to.
Our Dietitians are all extensively clinically trained in managing complex nutritional issues such as parenteral/enteral nutrition, malnutrition, comorbidities, oncology, renal disease in ACF residents under high and low care. They have all had experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and are committed to ensuring the best possible service delivery and standard of care for both the residents themselves and the Facility.
Our Practitioners are able to provide in-house Nutrition and or Exercise Presentations to your workplace or community group on a wide variety of topics. Choose from our list of popular presentations or contact us to customise to your needs. All presentations are interactive and include a cooking demonstration, exercise demonstrations and/or activities to engage the audience.
Our Exercise physiologists are workcover/ WorkSafe NSW / SIRA accredited and are able to get you on your way to recovery following an unfortunate situation at work or on the road! We work with your GP, employer, insurer and other rehab providers to help you recover through our strength and conditioning programs.

I have been working with Chantelle for a few years now in regards to my nutrition needs in my sport of triathlon and also general dietary needs. Chantelle has a wealth of knowledge and has been able to pass that onto me in a way that is very easy for me to understand and apply to my daily living. She has been great in teaching me about a sustainable diet lifestyle that I can keep using once I get to my goal weight. Yes I do have ups and downs but Chantelle is always available to answer my questions when I get off track and support me along the way

I started seeing Fiona under advise of my Doctor. I found Fiona to be extremely patient, caring and understanding. I have been seeing Amanda at Bites for a couple of months, she has passed on very helpful advise and suggestions which have certainly worked for me. My goal was to loss weight in general and take centimetres off my stomach I have achieved both thanks to Amanda in a very controlled way.

I really couldn't have made the achievements I am making without Chantelle and Emma.
They ensure that my form and technique is always on point, adapting sessions to accommodate for my chronic pain without compromising a solid workout to strengthen my body post-injury.
Going to my appointments does not feel like a chore as Emma's charming personality and Chantelle's friendly professionalism sets the tone for a productive and beneficial session every time.

I was referred by GP in 2014 for various issues - some genetic, some lifestyle. I was immediately taken by Chantelle's caring & non judgemental attitude. Since then, together we have successfully reversed a number of chronic issues and improved my body composition to the point where everyone I know (including my GP) are totally amazed :-)
I'm sure there are plenty of experts out there - but if you need an expert to partner you in your journey in living your healthiest life, you need to look no further :-)

I have been seeing Chantelle twice a week for several months now and she has been a pivotal part of my recovery! From being in a wheelchair to complete independence and walking and exercising again!!
I have also been seeing Emma for Pilates once a week and its been amazing! She is so lovely and I have had so much fun working hard at the exercises!!
I am incredibly grateful for the work and care Bites Health team have done for me! Very kind and accommodating!

Andrea has been taking care of my diet for 3 months now, and I must say it has been an amazing experience! She makes me feel very comfortable on discussing my challenges and she always manages to recommend the best alternative options! Besides, they have a really nice space at Bites Health Clinic and they can book you easily after hours.

Very helpful and knowledgeable Dietitians and reception staff. Hasini is an excellent dietitian and makes you feel extremely comfortable and supported through the whole process. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to see a dietitian for a health reason.

Love eating summer fruit, especially wate rmelons they so refreshing. Snacking on a bar of chocolate leaves me feeling guilty, however if I have eaten melons I feel good about myself.
