John was a complete gentleman, a great communicator, and extremely helpful taking the lead in a chaotic multi-car accident scene. He was professional, listened to my concerns and patiently worked through the challenges. He was very knowledgeable, and was willing to take my car to my preferred repairer which was well out of his way. He definitely won my business and is now my preferred operator. I had an awesome experience with Auto Tow who helped after midnight when my car needed towing on a rainy night. They were professional, communicated well and were super fast in assisting - I called while they were in the middle of another job, they took the other car to the tow yard and then used another tow truck to come help me which saved time so they could help me and my wife faster.

About three weeks ago, I had to travel to the Sutherland Shire in Sydney for a family matter. As there were no flights, I had no choice but to hire a car and drive.

Excellent experience with this company. Called them to tow our car and they turned up in excellent time, and the driver was extremely friendly and a really great guy. The truck was clean and did a great job. Very professional and exceeded expectations. We would definitely recommend this company over and above all others.
