Took a day to work at home because a parcel was "on board for delivery" and expected to be delivered at "9:39am". The tracking website kept saying "9:39am" as the expected delivery time until about 2pm, then updates to say the "new delivery time" was "3:39pm". After this the website kept pushing back the delivery times until it eventually told me it was due the next day. I tried to call to ask what the fuck and there's not even anybody manning the phone.
What a *** joke of a company, I'll be specifically asking for my next orders to specifically avoid Victas

Worst service ever. Don't call them coz they won't tell you the truth. I haven't received my parcels till now.(3 weeks already in VIC).
I called 5 times and they promised the parcels would be delivered on next day every time. The tracking showed one of my parcel was onboard. However, I have received it yet (7pm).
I don't understand how long time it will take in the same state.
I never use this courier.
As I know, I should get the parcel this week. Today is Friday.

It was excellent customer service last time , I was missing their delivery today , I called them , the staffs very nice and helpful , then they're redelivery the parcel to me ! Thank you very much ! But this time I wait for long time still haven't received my parcel , then I asked the company checked my tracking number , on 6th of December someone picked up my parcel already , last time the staff ring the door bell and confirm my ID . This time why no one check ID and let someone pick up my parcel 😢 that's terrible .

Vt freight received a package we ordered on the 7/12 when I called on the 14th to ask if there were any issues I wasn't even given a chance to read the tracking number before being told I wasn't going to receive any help and I've called back twice since then and was told they're trying to locate the package ?? When I called a few days later I was told I'd receive a call back from the person handling the issue which I didn't. It's now the 24/12 the depot is 40 minutes from our address and I have no idea when I'll receive my package.

A big thank you to Christine who answered the phone when I rang to find out where my parcel was. She found where it was, emailed them while I was on the phone and arranged for me to pick it up from the depot later today. I understand that deliveries are behind at this time of year, but she provided excellent customer service and solved my problem on the spot. Very grateful!

Took 2 days off work for a delivery. First day called to be told it missed the 1030am cut off so will be first thing next day.
Called the following morning was told it would be around lunch time.
Called at 3pm to find out where my package was to be told it was loading onto the truck and would be to me before 5pm.
2 calls from the driver because he couldn't find my address, ended up meeting him on the street.

I would highly recommend the service from VT Freight! They received a frantic call from me seeking help related to my package..I was in need of compassion and real people on the other end of the phone- and that is what I got! They helped me out of my pickle, and basically saved the day! I would recommend them over any courier service I know!
