Hi, I'm Vanessa and I'm a business coach based in Perth, Western Australia. I coach business owners to get out of chaos, create control and eventually scale their business and change their life. I'm also a business owner, just like you. I know first hand what it's like to be the boss, the technician, and find the courage to change and grow.
Working with a coach is a sign of strength and your belief in yourself and your business. Your willingness to invest in a coach shows you are prepared to grow and learn as well as create that change you want and need. It also shows you have a strong faith in the Vision you have for your business and are willing to do whatever it takes to make that a reality.
What's expensive is doing the same thing day in and day out and expecting a different result. Many people, when I ask them about Business Coaching, believe it to be a negative. A failure that a business owner needs a coach because they are incapable or stuck on a mouse wheel getting nowhere.

After several quarterly planning days I've noticed my clarity about my businesses and how to create those outcomes has vastly improved. It used to take me HOURS to put a muddled plan together and last planning day I sat down for about 35minutes and planned out my Q3 with a sense of excited anticipation and ease.
