I have been through the process twice. Once with my wife in the US, with no agent. Costs were profound. Arrests. Delays. And once in Australia with the help of this fine organisation. When I left the United States I was faced with two major decisions. The first one, deciding where to live, led me to Australia. Highly recommend! Kristy was on the ball from the very get go with our initial conversation. She's built an excellent online portal system that gave my partner and I our own tasks to attend to that were clearly defined, so we didn't get bogged down in each others tasks, as the partner VISA is a complex beast.
