No customer service at all. Lady at the front counter was so rude. Just a nice smile to welcome customers would do.
Don't go there. Just go to harvynorman for all printing stuff. At least they got friendly staff.

Critical: Professionalism
Wosrt customer service i have seen. Have previously shopped there before but with the service i have recieved lately I will never shop there again. She was rude, unhelpful almost like she didn't want me in the shop. Thank you lady, this is one customer you will never see again

After my phone died, I went and saw Jai and was very very impressed with his help and product knowledge. I walked out with a pre-loved phone (which is as good as a new one) and with all old phone apps still intact. Would highly recommend this business to anyone who is willing to listen.
