The one staff member serving 4 customers was very friendly and helpful with the questions asked of him. He even went out of his way and out from behind his counter to open the door for a lady who needed a walking frame to get about. Now that's service you don't see anymore. Well done! 👍👍 Shame there wasn't more people serving at 4.30. Good prices and the part I needed was in stock. Overall a good experience.

On Wed 1st September from you and then received Invoice very quickly then received remote on Thursday 3 September. Well done GREAT service.

Ordered my LG Magic remote control replacement for my TV on Tue arvo & it was delivered on Thu morning! Wow within 48hrs!!

Required a replacement Panasonic TV Remote for an elderly neighbour so searched the Part Number expecting a plethora of dubious online sources and I spotted Statewide Appliance Spares and noted that they were an Australian business. Our spare part was delivered to the wrong address by a StarTrack courier. After enquiring StarTrack several times and waiting for them to retrieve the package back with little response, we contacted Statewide Appliance Spares. The Operations Manager, Mark Edwards acted promptly from his end and we were express-shipped my part and emailed of the progress. We highly commend the outstanding customer service of the Statewide Appliance Spares team.
