Waters Lawyers
At Waters Lawyers, we genuinely care about our clients and are passionate about what we do. Whether it's providing legal advice to help you through a divorce and child custody matters, preparing or contesting a will, or sorting the transfer of a property or a business, we're always there to guide you through the process.

Priding ourselves on honesty and integrity, we will always provide you with an analysis of your situation and manage your expectations from the beginning to ensure you are aware of any risks and the likely outcome of your case. Communication is key at Waters Lawyers, with our clients always having access to our direct lines and mobile numbers.
Services
We are energetic Lawyers based in Cranbourne who love what we do and genuinely care about our clients as well as the community we live and work in. We will always be up front about where you stand from the beginning to ensure you are aware of any risks and the likely outcome of your case. Simon is passionate about the law and firmly believes in the justice system and that everyone should have access to it.
The ending of a marriage or de facto relationship is an emotional and stressful time. The compassion and integrity of our team at Waters Lawyers, coupled with our extensive experience in family law, will leave you comfortable and confident throughout the process of getting a divorce. To legally end your marriage, a court order is required.
Separation not only affects your emotional wellbeing but also your financial wellbeing. Property settlement and asset division are required for separated couples to end their financial relationship. Without doing so, your former spouse still has a degree of control and it will be harder to move on to the next stage of your life.
We're parents too, which is why at Waters Lawyers, we believe all children have the right to a wonderfully memorable childhood. Parents share the duties and responsibilities concerning the care, welfare and development of their children. However, when they are in the midst of a child custody dispute, the happiness and security of a child is put at risk.
Ensuring you have a legally binding will is important to not only be in control of your assets but also to alleviate the financial and emotional burden on your family. It is also vital that your will, also known as a 'last will and testament', is regularly updated to account for changes in circumstance.

Noel Waters is an asset in a world of solicitors that are only to keen to take your money. (Even up front and put it in their trust accounts, and draw it down when ever they wish)Maybe Noel can be a little blunt at times, however his fault is easy over looked due to the honest and fair rates that Noel charges.

The lawyer I had from this firm was great to begin with. But never wanted to go that extra mile at court. Would not allow me to file a contravention of breach which cost me 5.5 weeks of my son's life and he was only 2 months old at this stage!!! He then bailed on me because I was over my son's life being put at risk and him not doing anything to help me. He refused to get the matter brought back to court sooner when my ex contravened the court orders for a second time.
Do not go here if you want a lawyer who will go the extra mile. Or want one willing to go the extra mile for you and stand for
