10 cents every 3 seconds on the road driving would randomly go to 2 second then back to 3 seconds when at the lights its 10 cents every 5 seconds pick up starts at $7 will randomly add an extra dollar if not looking as I found out a few times - 10 minute ride will cost between 25 and 30 dollars abit extreme if you ask me, pray you don't get stuck in traffic for along time will cost a Arm and a leg for that, but apart from that won't use again sorry, use to cost per km those days are long gone,

There is no communication provided by them I had to call them and ask them about the car number and driver's details but still no one bothered to update us. Finally driver came in our hotel asking for us whereas we were ready. We were even charged for waiting fees although we were ready and there was no communication from them. Driver was very good and helpful

I was disappointed with the service provided. Blue taxi arrived 18minutes before the time I booked the service. The driver called my phone which only rang twice and he didn't give me enough time to answer the phone. His number was on private mode so couldn't call him back. I then called blue taxi to book the service again and waited another 40minutes and the taxi did not show. Very poor service provided.

Driver rocked up 20 minutes late then tore my driveway up with a decent burnout and then proceeded to break speed limits by up to 20 km hr to make up time often tailgating traffic by 2m I was not impressed at all with his behaviour one little bit as I was then also late to my appointment despite the recklessness. The return trip was even worse having to wait for over an hour and a half to get picked up after calling them.

The lady was very rude from the start, she hung up on me after I told her the address. I called back and said hey I think you hung up on me by mistake. She then put me on hold. I called back and said I keep getting hung up on I'm trying to call a taxi for a customer. No problem there. Then the taxi arrived and just drove off without even stopping to pick up the customers.

We phoned for a maxi taxi for 8 people @ 7:30 from wharf, told it was on its way. Phoned a 2nd time 1/2 hour later, told it was not far. Phoned again, said will send 2 taxis. Note: we paid $50 to get here. Still no show. Called again, advised 2 taxis, we advised not paying double $$. Lady hung up. Another member of our group called, told we did not… advise maxi taxi needed (totally not true, we notified them 3 times!) we asked how long for one - 1 hour! By this stage we had waited an hour. Further questions from us & again we were hung up on! Appalling attitude, manner & service

The taxi that picked me up smelled so strongly of body odour that I could barely get in it. (Does the taxi company ever check these cars that they are sending out?? I mean, I wouldnt put my business name to that stench!) The driver could not find the street - I called him 4 times with directions as I could see him turning around on an adjacent… road. We ordered a cab for 4 people with a lot of luggage . The taxi which came for us was too small. Driver ordered an appropriate one. Taxi Did not come. When I rang , the response was uncaring and I am pretty sure we would still be waiting as our plane flew away. Would NOT recommend Blue Taxis to anyone!
