They have very limited knowledge. Poor customer service. We make a big loss because of homecall conveyancing. Stay away for these scammers. I am not able to reply back to your msg. I can only update. I discovered Homecall Conveyancing in 2007 quite by chance when I purchased a house in Melton and their office just happened to be a few doors down the street from the real estate agents.
Well what a discovery this turned out to be!
Their knowledge and expertise were second to none, their fees were very reasonable and the settlement on this property was handled so professionally.
Since that day I have purchased 3 more houses, 1 apartment and 4 blocks of land, from numerous localities such as Armstrong Creek and St Kilda to as far afield as Dimboola!
