Arrogant pizza chef. Burnt lasagna, over an hour to serve the very average pizzas.

Thank you Lupa for the delicious veg. Pizza you made this evening- so fresh and hot, right in front of us…that and the gelato just made the evening perfect!!! We realised how much We missed your pizza after the… first bite! Haha..so good to be back…and thanks for acts of kindness…, things like packing the chili oil separately…and that complimentary sourdough bread…!!

This is authentic tasting Italian pizza. The best crust in Wollongong, and a place not to compromise the lightness of the pizza meal for western preferences. If when you say you want pizza, you want Italian in Wollongong, this would be my first recommendation. The lasagna is also delicious, for those wanting something not pizza.

After booking 2 hours in advance and arriving on time they made us wait for 30 minutes outside. My kids were hungry and cranky which was difficult as were next to the road. We had to leave but THANKFULLY Amigos fit us in.
I would suggest that if you can’t handle bookings don’t take them.

Absolutely delicious, traditional Italian pizza. When full the restaurant is incredibly loud and it’s difficult to hold a conversation. However, it’s worth it for the amazing food.

The pizza was ok.....but only because we were hungry...very sparing pizza toppings... I had 4 olives and 1 slice of prosciutto cut up on my entire pizza

Tasty Italian food, with friendly staff. A little warm inside (there is a woodfire oven in the room, after all), and a little loud while there is a full house, but that did give it a nice atmosphere.
The proprietor threw in some complimentary olives and sweet alcoholic drinks to finish, which was nice.

No reservations policy for tables under 8.A rather loud and tightly packed restaurant.Limited entree selection filled out with a good selection of salads. The pizzas were their take on traditional Italian wood fired pizza but with VERY little toppings and quite a large doughy crust.A small beer and wine list that is adequate but uninspiring.
An ok meal for those not wanting your average domino's or Pizza Hut pizza but I can't really recommend
