Tricky bathroom remodel, already had two other builders flake on me when I found Relianzi. The owner personally came out promptly, we were in desperate need of a fix and had to fix the below apartment because of damage from a leak. Could not be happier with the outcome, full remodel of our bathroom and the below apartment looks better than before the leak damage. Cannot recommend enough. Genuinely appreciate the attention to detail, professional trades and the second to none quality of work.

Never received a quote or further contact after an extensive site visit. Sent message to Relianzi asking what the progress was on the quote. Never heard back from that either.
After two weeks chose an alternative contractor as it is impossible to hire someone who doesn't respond to messages or provide quotes. Overall an odd experience.
