Services
We manage properties in the Maitland and surrounding suburbs for both local and absentee Property Investors. Monthly easy to read statements with full break- down of your income and expenses (Statements provided via email & hardcopy if required). An additional two (2) months FREE management fees on the rent collected if you refer someone to Rubix Realty and they sign up.
Our dedicated property management team understands that the one thing our tenants demand is rapid response to any issues, and we undertake to deal with any request with haste and with minimum disruption. We value quality tenants and actively support them through their rental experiences, acting promptly in preparing, approving and registering all tenancy agreements.
We will conduct the necessary number of private viewings of your property until it is rented. Unless you instruct otherwise, all potentially suitable tenancy applications will be referred to you for a decision. Should termination of the tenancy be necessary, we will keep you informed throughout the legal process.
Rubix Realty looks after our property in Maitland, and Patrick has been excellent, since we are interstate it's great to have trust in someone who genuinely cares about the property and us. Amazing property management, no need to ever worry about if your property is being well looked after and are you still getting market rent etc. Pat is all over it and treats each property as if it were his own.
