Awful company with no sense of customer service. After allegedly fixing our pump we were having the same problem and called back. I waited for hours one day after being told someone would be around after 2 but no one showed and I wasn't contacted. Days later I wake to a strange man in my back yard, who tells me he's picking up the pump and will bring it back fixed that afternoon. I called at 4 as no one had shown and spoke to the owner.
