On Friday the 31st of July 2020, I called the phone number listed on google, 1300 968 324. A male answered, "yeah". I began saying that I was chasing a quote for a security system install and was cut off mid sentence with "I have to call you back", before then hanging up. At no point did he ask who I was or for a contact number. Extremely disappointed and will definitely not be engaging with this business again. Extremely poor customer service skills.

Adil was excellent to engage to do our Security system, he was clear and concise about what he was offering and how much it would cost to do the job. He was incredibly patient with training on the system, and no question was unanswered, he was not happy with the Time left to show us how to use the system, and therefore he suggested it would be best for him to come back on the following day, a Saturday, to complete his training. I would recommend his business to anyone who wants the job done properly, on time, and to the highest level. Great job mate.

From the outset Zotech detailed everything he would be doing to meet our requirements which put me at ease. He was very reliable, honest and the price was very reasonable. If he said he was going to be there he would be there, which these days not every tradie can do. I was very happy with the end result and would definitely hire him again.
