Love the wardrobe design itself
BUT:
-Waiting time was a lot longer than announced at purchase date
-Doors arrived with bubbles inside and now still haven been picked up for replacement
-company rescheduled 4 times and always late
-booked us in and they forgot about us
-booked in and over an hour late without notice
-very poor communication!!!!! (People have work and life’s!)
-if I would have known I think we would have gone with a different company as We expected more from a 10K wardrobe and the companies customer service
I hope eventually they will replace our doors and we will have

Great product and service. Have more than doubled the usable space in our walk in wardrobe. Value for money and if you have been looking at the flat packed modular stuff from hardware shops then do yourself a favour and get a quote from Lifestyle. You will most likely find it similar or possibly better priced, custom made with a perfect fit, installed by a professional with a result you will be happy with. Wish I'd done it sooner. Totally recommend them and now looking at upgrading the other rooms. Thanks Lifestyle.

I had 2 existing robe insides replaced with all new laminate shelving and rails. From the home visit discussing the layout options to the install of the product I was extremely happy with the design stage/measure up, communication, and professional service provided by Adam, Dean and office team. The team at Lifestyle Wardrobes were amazing! Wayne was great during the design process and listened to my ideas. Wayne drew up a design that I loved and exactly what I wanted. When Wayne came out to do the final measure he also helped me with picking the final colour and it has turned out amazing! Clinton came out to install the Wardrobes. He had a huge task ahead of him and to make things that little bit harder Western power turned off our power for the entire day! Clintons just go on with the job at hand and we prayed the tools wouldn't go flat. Great team and very pleased with the outcome.

Unfortunately I experienced extremely poor customer service from a team member called Karen. The communication was verging on abusive and other than to "thank me for my feedback", the company was unwilling to provide an apology or any feedback on steps they would take to improve the customer experience. Not only was Karen extremely rude on three occasions, but her actions wasted a considerable amount of my time, and the company was then unwilling to assist (several weeks after booking in an appointment time). Karen - I would recommend you consider a non-customer facing role.

Brads installation is incredible. Colleen and Angela in the office- nothing is too much trouble. In today's world you don't often get this type of service.

Lifestyle Wardrobes has retrofitted 2 wardobes for our house and one for my mother. Designers were on time, efficient, gave good suggestions and pricing was clear. When we knocked out the existing fittings and found there was a lot more painting/patching than expected, they worked with us Saturday morning to tweak the design before a Monday morning installation. Very happy with quality of installation and value for money - and our standards are high!

Lifestyle Wardrobes installed new wardrobe doors in my '80s property - the doors look magnificent and are very well made and operate well, I'm so pleased with the quality and professionalism of both the work of this company and their personnel.
Further, the cost of supply+install was less than if I ordered the doors online and installed them myself. I will *definitely* use them again if I need wardrobe work done in future.

The designer was so incredibly helpful in fleshing out just exactly what I needed and was looking for and was super knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy at all and genuinely wanted to help me design a practical and visually pleasing wardrobe design.
Installation was smooth and easy, done in less than a morning.
I highly recommend to anyone, I had a very positive experience with Lifestyle Wardrobes.
