The sheds are suitable for archive storage, office files and surplus office furniture and equipment. When we buy an expensive recreational vehicle, we like to have it close by so we can admire it and then take it out whenever we feel like it. The downside is that we often have to park it on the lawn, on the road or up the drive.
Goods held in the shed and yard remain the responsibility of the lessee (that's you). The owner's insurance covering the complex does not cover individual items within individual units.
