Opened in 1987, Meadow Springs Golf and Country Club offers 'golf as nature intended'. The course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr., presents a highly regarded test for players but is also renowned for its playability. During its short history the West Australian Open Championship has been held at Meadow Springs on seven occasions.
Measuring 6189 metres from the blue tees, the golf course promises a unique experience through open bush land, the layout dictated by the natural features of the land. Towering 200 year old Tuart trees line generous fairways and subtly rolling greens. Few holes run parallel enhancing the sensation of being alone in the wilderness.

Elder Asian guy seemed ok when we checked in, used vouchers for 9 holes. When we arrived back later in the day he was very rude and obnoxious and accused us of taking too long and treating it like an amusement park and tried to charge us for 18 holes. We took a touch over 2.5 hours as we aren't pga golfers.........

Great course in fabulous condition, however, my personal view is that for a public course there are far too many bunkers in places they don't need them.( like all over the fairways) the course with strategically placed bunkers around the greens would be hard enough and make the round more enjoyable..My opinion only..

Played here a handful of times now and enjoyed every time. Great design, professionally managed, very well kept and the best part is how friendly the staff are. Always accommodating and understanding. We got jammed up before tee off once due to a social day and one of the management staff personally drove us through to start off 12. Definitely worth the visit.

I have loved everything about Mandurah and its surrounds since I was a nipper, so any excuse to head south of Perth is something to be leapt upon with enthusiasm!
Meadow Springs is a world class golf course right on Perth's southern doorstep. The course is challenging - perhaps a little TOO challenging for the casual hack such as myself -- but it's a glorious course and a real experience unto itself - even if your scorecard at the end of the day is something you'd rather forget about.
Being such a quality establishment, the green fees are rather steep here by comparison to local
