Chef Nade who is a 5 star Chef leads the team at Nutmeg and Pepper to offer unique catering choices and DIY Catering options. Nutmeg and Pepper is a Unique Catering Company which was developed by Chef Nadene Prior or Chef Nade as she is known.
A tasty Pastry base filled with Organic Free Range Egg, Goats Cheese, Caramelised Onion oven baked to perfection. Served cold on our Organic Lettuce Vegetarian. A small Platter suitable for 1 as a meal or for 2 as a shared platter filled with Organic Marinated Vege Salad, Sopressa, Pancetta, Prosciutto, Marinated Olive, Dips, Croustini and Cheese.
Meagen Winter, has been designing and selling her unique art, accessories and homewares in selective boutique homeware stores from Gold Coast to Byron Bay for nearly 20 years. She has now started a new and exciting 'limited edition' range of exquisite art, photographic prints, one of a kind jewellery, and beautiful homewares that are on offer to you exclusively and are not yet in stores.

Nadene catered for our 50th wedding anniversary. The food was beautifully laid out, and her timings were impeccable. The food itself was delicious and very plentiful. She coped well with kids and dogs running through the place! Moni assisted at table, was courteous and attentive. Once finished, they left the area clean and tidy, leftovers stored in the fridge and with very little left to do.
Their professionalism and friendliness made for a wonderful evening and it was such a joy to be able to mingle with our guests and leave the kitchen to the care of a chef who obviously loves her job.

Nadene was helpful right from the start. She understood what I was hoping for with our small family gathering for a very special event. The food was fantastic and the desserts amazing. Our guests were also very complimentary and impressed with the look, the service, the quality and her friendliness. Nutmeg & Pepper did such a superb job with my wedding on Easter Saturday! Food was delicious, service was impeccable and their communication - specifically Nadene's communication with my mum throughout the whole process was excellent and quick. Her kindness and thoughtfulness in helping us get the reception sorted with Brisbane's lockdown only finishing days before the wedding was appreciated beyond words! Highly recommend Nutmeg and Pepper to anyone needing a caterer!

November 2019 l organised a surprise party for a friend & contacted Nutmeg & Pepper. I spoke to Nadene I was in a panic and she reassured me catering was her specialty we were very amazed and satisfied at how easy she made it. We were so grateful to find Nutmeg and Pepper last year. Nadene genuinely cares for her clients and wants your event to be as successful you do. The food is beautiful and the customer service is brilliant. Extra attention goes into special dietary requirements and this is huge peace of mind for us as I am coeliac. Such a gem. Highly recommend.
