We are two experienced sales professionals who have discovered there is a better way to deliver world standard sales leadership and business communication skills in an easily accessible format. We provide on-line leadership and business communication skills content for business leaders who are time poor and who need immediate solutions to everyday business issues.
We recognise that for the large majority of small to mid sized businesses, there were two fundamental issues that prevented such businesses from gaining access to world standard leadership content - cost and time. Who can afford the time to take a day out of the business to attend a course where you will more than likely forget the majority of the content within a few days?
SalesDNA.com.au is the product of Gus Patterson and David Dowe who believe that small to medium sized businesses should have ready access to world standard leadership content - at an affordable price point. We are also convinced that such content should be packaged and presented to meet the needs of the different ways that people learn.
We believe planning, communication and interpersonal skills are critical to business success. We work with you to help enhance the business performance skills of all staff, leveraging our on-line content, our coaching and our consulting programs. We know organisations often struggle with the need to invest in staff, while managing the cost of time out the business, and the associated costs of one or two day workshops.
The Modules represent in-depth viewpoints on how to address the fundamental issues of business communication skills. Modules run for between 15 to 20 minutes and are split up into short, sharp episodes to assist in both reflection and retention of key points.
