The sole focus of our practitioners is you, the patient, the issues you present with and any goals or outcomes you want to achieve. Ultimately, we care about you and want you to get better and back to the things you enjoy! A one-on-one consultation with one of our physiotherapists, who will take the time to listen to you to get an understanding of what is happening with you, followed by a thorough physical assessment.
Longer than average appointment times. We allow up to 45 minutes for all of our initial consultations, which allows sufficient time for a thorough assessment to be conducted and to therefore more accurately determine what is going on. A detailed explanation of what has been found during the assessment, as well as a diagnosis and plan of best management.

Services
Our massage therapists work as part of a team with our physiotherapists to provide the best overall care for our patients. The remedial massage therapy services provided at Arrow Physiotherapy are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Laurence is a diploma qualified remedial massage therapist.

Chris is so thorough and so knowledgeable - he is up to date with current research with what works and doesn’t work. He has helped me maintain my health and physical exercise. His notes are so thorough and when I leave I receive an email of a detailed treatment plan to get me through my injuries. Worth every star and would highly recommend . The receptionist is alway warm and friendly

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Such a lovely place to visit when you need expert help. I have such peace of mind and I know I can ask further questions if I need to. My daughter's anxiety immediately dropped from the moment she walked in. Thanks Brendan and thanks Nicole for making our visit so pleasant and stress free. If we need a physio again, there's just the one place we'll go for all of the family and that's Arrow. Thanks a million!!!

After a serious leg injury the team at Arrow welcomed me into my new second home and got me back on the pitch and arguably into better form this past year.
Brendan, Chris and Nicole provided expertise, great service and answered all those little annoying questions I had - a wealth of knowledge and experience that helped every step of the way

Everyone seems to be complimenting Brendon, although I have no experience with Brendon as a physio, he is an amazing person. Chris however I absolutely love, (as does my daughter) he ALWAYS takes the time out to listen to myself and my daughters. He is never dismissive nor unapproachable. He is just amazing
