Clarke Street Cottage Accommodation offers quality B&B accommodation with friendly country hospitality. We are located in the center of Casterton, just a short walk to cafes, shops, supermarket and sporting facilities. We are not a motel or hotel; we are a Bed & Breakfast created from a historic house, the site of one of Casterton's earliest guest houses operating before 1863.
The house has been tastefully renovated to provide a spacious accommodation with modern amenities and historic charm. Clarke Street Cottage is suited to accommodation for couples, families or business people. Self-contained accommodation may also be available. A feature of our cottage is a large covered central courtyard providing a central social and dining area.

Services
Clarke Street Cottage is the place to stay while visiting Casterton, birthplace of the Kelpie and the Heart of Australian Felix. Casterton is mid-way between Melbourne and Adelaide, a friendly country town offering a wide range of services. Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation has modern facilities built with historical charm.
Located just 50 metres from Henty Street (main street / highway), we are very central to Casterton yet a quiet location away from highway noise. If you're travelling from Hamilton, drive over the bridge on the Glenelg River at the start of the main street, the Post Office is on the left at the end of the first block (Foodworks is on the right), turn left into Clarke Street.
Casterton is situated on the Glenelg River amongst rolling hills and river red gums. It is the birthplace of the Kelpie, and is located in the heart of the Western District of Victoria. Casterton is surrounded by large areas of agroforestry and native vegetation. This provides habitat for many native animals and birds including the endangered Red Tailed Black Cockatoo.

Not only beautifully renovated & designed with gorgeous olden day charm, with loads of perfectly placed modern touch's. Full of local history- . The most comfortable and intimate stays in Casterton and surrounding areas. Aroun the corner and your in the Main Street. Clark Street Cottage made me feel welcome and at home, not once did I feel the need for anything as everything you would need is at your front door (and behind it)
