Everything was great right up until it wasn't. The wrong trim between carpet and vinyl was installed at our job and despite over 2 months of following up and following up I still have no resolution. The communication from deco rug has been atrocious.
I do want to give a compliment to John from the Helensvale store who definitely delivered a great sales experience on the shop floor. Unfortunately this hasn't been backed up with after sales service. Spend the money somewhere else because you won't like how it ends with decorug.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a purchase. I placed two orders with Alexandria Store. They made mistakes with the measurements in the first order which took much longer than expected to install. In the second order, they mistakenly reordered the first job. Once they came for installation we found out they brought the… first order and they had to took the wrong sized blinds back and start the process again. Finally when they brought the blinds to install, one of the blinds came in the wrong size. Seems like this vendor can never get a job right. Never buy from

Terrible quality installation. Edges uneven, gaps around doors and can fit my hand under the carpet on the stairs. The store manager from Belrose came and confirmed that the carpet had been laid incorrectly. Yet 3 weeks later and still no communication or resolution. I have emailed customer service and haven't even got a reply.
They make you pay up front and then don't bother completing the job properly.

Fantastic customer service from Kirsty today. She gave us time to browse and helped us when we were ready. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and even had a laugh with us. It was great to be able to try a few rugs at home before making our final purchase. Proud to say we have 2 gorgeous new rugs at home and another that will arrive in a few days.
