Don't know how he got all these stars , they must be mates .
He was supposed to come to my houses for an arranged service call a month ago . Didn't turn up , didn't phone and then never answered or returned my phone calls .
Wasn't going to bother doing this review but decided I didn't want anyone else messed around like this .
