I hired this company to remove a old lounge suite setting. I would strongly recommend this company because they arrived the same day I ordered the service , removed the items with the greatest of care and in very efficiently manner! I felt sorry for the guys because it started raining as soon as they arrived. Even with the rain they removed the furniture without stopping and we’re very polite and friendly at all times. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and would definitely use them again should If the occasion arises.

The guys came on time as promised and carefully removed a double bed mattress and base. They had to take it down some internal stairs and did not mark any walls. I was warned when they were arriving and they were on time and very friendly. Payment was processed very easily online and overall the service was extremely responsive. It wasn't quite as cheap as I expected, but nor was it over-priced. I would use this service again.

The last time I used one of these services (to clear my deceased father's house when it sold) I nearly died when I was given an on-the-spot quote. I was under pressure to accept due to a rather quick closing settlement date. So my fears on this occasion was alleviated by Goodbye Junk's reasonable quote to remove excess furniture and some rubbish from our house prior to going to market. The two fellows (Daniel and Peter) were the most pleasant and easy going gentlemen one could hope to meet. Once I engaged them they worked very efficiently to remove our stuff and cart it away. Highly recommend these guys. They were very quick to respond and service time was amazingly quick. Guys who came to the shop to take away the freezer were friendly and helpful. Kept me updated on when they were coming so it didn’t disrupt the shop too much. After they finished I got a call from the office to see how everything went. This is how great customer service works. Matt, the operator I spoke with, was kind and guided me through the process and pricing. Ahitana and his workmate (I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) were on time; they also had a professional and friendly attitude.
