Attended an interview with Director of this firm. She was sullen and rude throughout, and took all of my ideas. Then sent an email that was rude and sarcastic and said I did not fit in `culturally'. Not sure what that means, but it isn't very pleasant. This is a reflection on the brand and not very caring for a caring professional.

I joined Homeinstead as a Caregver in February this year after having worked for 43 years in an office environment. I wasn’t sure how I would get on with this big change of career but I am thoroughly enjoying it. The staff have been very helpful and with the training packages available I am seeing and caring for very interesting and lovely clients. I was unsure about the personal care side of caring but find this has become easier with experience and getting to know the individual clients.

Home Instead is a fantastic company to work for. I used their services for the care of my mum 4 years ago and was extremely impressed with how professional, dedicated and caring they were. The caregiver was a perfect match and her visits brought my mum so much joy. In Nov 2020 an opportunity arose in my work life and I jumped at the chance to join the wonderful Home Instead team and become a CAREgiver. The company is very supportive and the clients so lovely. The work is exceptionally rewarding and I feel valued by both the company and the clients.

Home Instead Geelong provided the most amazing care for my dad during his last few months with a terminal illness. The CAREGivers helped him at home, as well as getting him out of the house. They were so attentive to his needs, respecful during his time of need and above all made him feel very at ease receiving this care in his own home.

Home Instead have provided 2 and a half years of fantastic service to us. Their carers are superb, it sounds corny, but they are truly "caring". As an organisation, they have been wonderfully responsive to our needs, arranging visits (not missing visits!), adjusting the carers to those who build the best relationship with my father.

I have worked at Home Instead Senior Care Brighton , for just over a year now. In my experience everyone who works here feels passionate about what they are doing to make a positive difference in peoples lives. All of the people I work with, at all levels, are friendly, ,supportive, informative and you really feel part of a team. A very professional service always accomodating friendly staff that I feel I can trust with my mothers care. Personal one on one care that always go above and beyond. I originally used them as one of their personal carers l used to work with left to work there any stayed with them because the service is 5 stars, as someone who has worked in ages care myself I can honestly recommend them to care for your loved ones

I have had wonderful carers caring my loved one. Giovanni is more than willing to help with any needs we require. I have one main carer and he definitely needs a pay rise. He is worth his weight in gold. We take him with us on holidays and weekends away. Makes the break so enjoyable and we all relate to him well. Our friends like him too. It’s a win win for us. As a personal care worker I can say that Home Instead Geelong has amazing caring staff who genuinely Care about our ageing community and the needs of seniors. It is amazing to see seniors living at home thriving, empowered and advocated for by such loving individuals. I couldn't recommend Home Instead Senior Care (Geelong) more highly. Giovanni and his team provided the type of care we all dream of for our parents. We had three carers calling in three times a day and all of them took a loving interest in our mother and went out of their way to give the best care they could possibly deliver. Whenever a carer was… sick the gap was filled by one of the other carers and so there was a seamless consistency which ensured our mother had everything she needed and was always cared for by people who knew her. I would highly recommend Home Instead, very supportive , friendly, helpful , well organised , great staff , really give a great service in our home.I did a lot of research before finding home instead , was very cautious as heard many stories about the fees , etc with many aged care facilities . Home Instead is by far the only one , I would use and recommend , I believe home instead truly care about the elderly and there Carers . I feel so lucky to have found Home Instead. I have worked for the Brighton team for 18 months now and have loved every minute. We have been with home instead now for two months and I can recommend them highly.we looked around online and found them prompt to reply on our questions and they came to our house as requested and were very helpful.as self-managed care package people they promised to help wherever they could and they have been true to their word.
