Due to his parent's longstanding roles in the industry, Jacob's interests and passion grew from a young age. Whilst attending Northside Christian College, he began his apprenticeship alongside his parents in Grade 10 and 11. At the age of 22, Jacob returned to Australia from overseas and launched Marsh Air Conditioning with enthusiasm, commitment and dedication.
