I needed a sample of ceiling insulation tested for asbestos before continuing with negotiation to purchase an apartment. I wrote to Airsafe asking for some information about the service they could provide - cost; time frame etc and got a very prompt and fully informative reply including details of how to safely collect a sample and how to safely send it to the lab.
I collected a sample and packaged it as required and posted it off yesterday afternoon. I received an invoice today and paid it immediately. The report was in my email not more than 10 minutes after sending the bank transfer receipt

We recently found asbestos fragments on our property and so we contacted Airsafe for testing of a sample. We were very happy with the prompt response and attention given by Simon and the team at Airsafe.
Jack, the consultant came out and he was very knowledgable, punctual and put our minds at ease. We felt heard and our questions answered.

Airsafe was terrific. Their instructions were clear, and they tested and contacted me in very good time. I'm a second time customer, and the first time I had a question, and when I called I got to speak with the technical person. Good old fashioned customer service - people on the the phone, and great tech support.

I found them very professionally and responsible. I had a full report to our newly bought house. The report itself was very comprehensive and professional. A few months later, there was a hidden vinyl flooring (under the carpet) in one of our rooms with glue underneath that was not detected in original report (I would not say this was their fault because all the rooms had usual under carpet and presumably they would check only one of them at the of original report). I contacted Airsafe they came and collect sample for testing free of charge. The samples were free of Asbestos. I definitely recommend
