How much anger it would take for a customer spending time writing this on social media? I guess a lot.
Tried to call Jye for a follow up on the work to fixing the gate for months. But not responding the call. Absolutely nothing arranged. So disappointing.

Call Jye Fulton if you want to be ripped off. He assures you the job can be done, and then proceeds to send subcontracters to commence the job, and then not return for over a month. A strategy to cause you to have to stick with them as a provider. Found him to be helpful on initial call but he never came to our property or answered or returned our calls when we encountered delay issues. He also assured us he has genuine Colour Bond, but our son noticed the branding said Aussie Bond, meaning you pay premium for a different product. It was a complete nightmare using them. Be warned and do not make

Read the google reviews hence contacted them for measure and quote. Rep attended on time and sent the quote next day. Wanted to clarify items prior to paying a deposit. Made number of attempts to contact via mail, text, phone calls, contact us section of their site. Absolutely no response. We were on the verge of getting this team to commence work on our site but this non professional approach is a concern. Glad experienced this before start of work. But then i am advised this is a common behaviour across the industry. they have got so much work, they don't care if they loose a customer or two

We are so happy with our fence done by these guys.
What a awesome job they did.
They were on time, great price, great quality and super friendly.
We split costs with 2 other neighbours...and all very happy with the fence.
We all compared it too others fences and we got a top job done.

And yet, a mistake has been made but you don’t seem to want to take any responsibility but demand for payments.
