My wife and I had our wedding at The Grande Reception and it was an amazing night. Daylan was amazing to deal with and always promptly replied to any messages or emails that were sent.
The venue itself was amazing and Daylan was able to customise anything that we wanted changed. Many last minute changes due to COVID were dealt with and the team at the Grande Reception made it a very stress-free wedding given the circumstances.
The food was amazing and everyone commented that the staff were all extremely helpful with anything that was needed.
Daylan was also sticking to the runsheet and communicating

I held my wedding here on a friday and Daylan was absolutely INCREDIBLE with helping set up the reception exactly the way my new wife and i wanted!!
The reception is absolutely beautiful!! From the lights to the curtains and the spacious dancefloor, everyone at my wedding had such an amazing time and i couldnt have asked for anything more than that was set up on the day.
Daylan was incredibly useful and patient when we had questions and last minute changes due to Covid uncertainties, which was extremely kind and removed alot of stress off our shoulders.
If anyone is looking to hold an event

The most amazing experience ever!!
Celebrated my wedding last night at the Grande reception. The night was perfect, very well coordinated, service and waiters were so professional and the food was great. The owner Dylan was great to work with, listened to all our requests and made the planning so enjoyable.

I attended a 18th Birthday here last weekend. And goodness...I was simply shocked at the service. The waiter was very unprofessional. This waiter drop down a plate of food on top of a guest utensils, almost spilling the food onto the guest - the waiter didn’t even apologise and continued to drop plates on the table without care. The same waiter made me do the waiting for him. If he needed help to reach the plates, he should’ve politely asked? instead he just pointed at it and glared at me. Apart from the disgraceful service, the food looked and tasted like hospice food. The potato’s and vegetables

We had our wedding there recently. The venue is simply awesome. Daylan was great and goes above and beyond to make sure your night is exactly how you want it. The staff make sure everything runs smoothly on night. We had guests with various dietary requirements and they were all amazed at how nice the food is. All our guests were complimenting the venue and impressed. Would 100% recommend to everyone. So glad we chose The Grande to celebrate our wedding. It was perfect place.

Had our wedding here on Saturday (16-01-21) and what an amazing wedding it was. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and the venue was set up beautifully. We changed venue last minute due to hiccup at previous… venue and Daylan at The Grande Reception took us onboard and took control of everything for us. We felt at ease and completely in his hands. He did such an amazing job. My husband and I will surely be back for future functions. Thank you Daylan and thank you to all the staff for making our dream wedding day come true ❤️
