We are a local and dynamic small business based on the Sunshine Coast, which is passionate about both still and moving images. With our broad experience in photography, videography from the sky and on the ground, editing and piloting drones, we are confident to take on any project or challenge! We are fully certified by CASA and obey to the highest standards of safety and privacy laws.
We will display your home it it's best angle and light, sell its surroundings and get more interested buyers through the door. We can combine aerial video with on the ground walk through footage into a video that will highlight the best features. For private and corporate real estate sales. Extensive experience in the building and developers industry since 2012, and will provide safe method work statements upon confirming the use of our services.
Each video or photography shoot will need a review of your specific needs, area and time of shooting to make a custom quote for you. In some cases there will be a fee set by CASA to fly in controlled airspace. We offer affordable price packages for progress reporting, golf courses and real estate aerial photography that have editing included for a convenient solution.
We will help you sell your home with displaying it's best angle in our aerial images or video home tour. For private sales, affordable deal packages for real estate marketing or if you are looking to map your (commercial) property, we can accommodate you with a standard shoot of your house (including editing) starting at $250.
Our drones allow us to get any perspective you can think of. Whether you want to capture the view of an apartment you are planning to build in the future or need a shot to render a computer animation of a prospected building. As a licensed drone operator, Thorsten was able to very precisely position a drone at the correct elevation and position over a construction site; and then take high definition images of the views that an off-the-plan apartment will have. I totally recommend Thor Aerial Photography to anyone. When we were building our first property in Brisbane, Thor was very helpful on taking photos and showing us a different perspective on our property. It definitely gives you a better picture of the layout of the grounds (very helpful when designing/planning or simply getting to know the home turf better).
The service Thorsten and Roelie provided was professional, prompt, and efficient. Thor is friendly, helpful, and obviously very skilled in flying the drone.
