Had never used a tax agent for my return before and thought Anita was nice and price was cheap. Told my family about it who all went but none came back as their tax returns were less than usual. I came back because she was nice and it was close to my house. Unfortunately the second time she forgot to lodge my return, so it took a few months to come through (I had to call her and tell her). This time her estimate of my return was almost $3000 off what I received. Gets two stars for being a nice person, but too many mistakes when people's income are in her hands. Won't be back.
