I have had a business relationship with the Manager of RJL Estate Agents over many years and find his work be professional, honest and highly proficient. He is extremely capable and is able to get a new tenancy in a very short time even in these times of lockdown. I am surprised and dismayed at Emma Moradi's comments, which unless she has evidence that would stand up in court are libellous. I note that Emma has posted very negative comments about two other businesses previously. Never any positive reviews.
I have always found Richard to be professional and fair. He is well versed in current property law and looks out for the interests of tenants and landlords equally. Richard has managed my properties for many years, and I have never had any problems.

Dishonest and rude. This guy doesn’t play by the rules and will cut corners. Please stay away from him. There are so many better, more trustworthy agents in the industry compared to this lying scam artist. He has a bad reputation amongst his colleagues for being dodgy and cutting corners. Stay away!!

My wife and I have engaged Richard to manage our two investment properties after some frustrations with past management companies. He has been outstanding. He is proactive, engaged, interested and willing to follow up any concern quickly and thoroughly. He has offered to attend Owners Corporation meetings at no charge, and in doing so, has represented our interests far more than we have experienced in the past. (My guess is that this would be a rare commitment by propertymanagers). He has also taken on unresolved issues that we had given up on, and is following these up intelligently and doggedly

He is clearly passionate about what he does and he is on the ball, communicates effectively and has a can-do attitude. Richard has been a fantastic manager of our two properties. I had been somewhat frustrated with past management inattention and lack of action . Richard has been the opposite. He has enabled some necessary work to be done promptly, provides active and careful attention and provides excellent updates when needed. He goes the second mile, even attending Owners Corporation meetings on our behalf, and working over strategically important times like the Christmas break. He has been active in finding tenants and represents us well. I recommend him strongly.
