The Dog House has been architecturally designed for the benefit of its guests, with spacious sunny verandas, air conditioning for summer and cosy wood fires for winter. The O'Reilly family have a combined lifetime of experience working in the professional pet care industry. They have enjoyed breeding and showing their Rottweilers and West Highland White Terriers, and have developed a deep understanding of all things canine.

Services
After all the fun and games your dogs hair do may be a little worse for ware, to ensure he goes home fresh as a daisy you may wish to have him bathed. If your dog has a high maintenance hair style we can provide brushing and combing as required. We offer a pick-up and delivery service in our air conditioned vehicle, within the local area.
Your dogs current, valid, vaccination certificate. We cannot admit your dog into The Dog House without this. You do not need to bring beds, bedding or toys however if you choose to whatever you bring must be freshly laundered and labeled, we cannot guarantee safe return of these items. We provide beds, bedding and toys.

What an amazing place! My dog Blue was so happy there! His first experience at a ‘resort’ and when I picked him up he was happy and healthy. The enrichment programs meant I could see him on Facebook while I… was away and gave me great joy. The team there worked hard to find Blue a suitable friend and integrated him safely and easily with other dogs. He’s happily home and soaking up the family love … booked in for a return stay in August. Thank you to the team for all you did to ensure my Blue was a happy camper.❤️❤️❤️

Billy Absolutely loves coming to daycare once a week. He runs in smiling and I can see how much he adores all the wonderful employees. I have no hesitation in recommending the Dog House Pet Resort for daycare… or boarding. Love seeing all the photos and particularly when the dogs get to celebrate their birthdays and you make it very special for them 🐶❤️

Critical: Responsiveness
Won’t be bringing my poodles here anytime soon! They didn’t have much time to Go outside so my poodle wasn’t sleeping much especially with another big dog in its cage! My poodles were very clean before I took them, but after I picked them up they smelt like burnt grass and cheese. Not happy

We are long term clients - our recent booking was incorrect and was picked up whilst overseas - on return from our holiday we presented a copy of our booking with acknowledgement and booking confirmation stating both dogs booked into the enrichment program. This was met with an argumentive staff member - refusing to acknowledge the mistake and proceeding to slam doors and huff off. Our dogs were handed over to us when we paid by two other staff members. We did not receive any feedback re the dogs stay. Unfortunately my dog was sick and has required several visits to the vet. A letter has been sent

Can't fault The Dog House at all. The lovely staff took me on a tour around the facility before booking and I was impressed that the yards for every dog are real grass. The enclosures were spacious and clean and I can tell my two dogs had an absolute ball with the photos I saw on the Facebook page. The attention and care my dogs get is priceless. 100% going to use them every time I need to.
