Absolutely terrible service. My partner dropped off a black saree of silk my mother in law sent me from India - went to pick it up and it’s ruined - had a large hole in it. This I’m upset but I understand it is silk and this can happen.
What I am upset about is the lack of customer service or care! My partner drops of my saree and is asked to sign… something because of no care instructions (totally normal and fine) but the two previous times I’ve dropped of Sarree I’ve never been asked to sign anything - when I raise this with the manager she simply said oh they must

Poor service from the TTP branch. Person I spoke to said they could put it through as urgent and get my quilt cleaned in 4-5 days, rang a week later and still not ready. Two weeks later I finally get a call to say it’s ready. No apology, laughed it off when I mentioned the waiting time. “Oh well you have it now” was their response 👎

I gave them a simple synthetic fake fur jacket. They shrunk the arms so badly I can’t wear it. It was an Op shop find and it did not have Care labels fair enough but with years experience they should have been able to work it out. That’s why I choose them.i have had garments there before without a label. Now I’m hesitant to use them.

Had our… curtains dry cleaned and they burnt holes through the curtain backing. Contacted head office and was told that happens sometimes and they won’t do anything about it. Very disappointing and such bad customer service. Won’t use these guys
