Peter established the Ecowize business in 2001 in Australia and in 2002 in New Zealand. He has significant global experience across the business, also covering the European, South African and American markets.
After joining the cleaning industry as a management trainee at the world's largest contract cleaning company, ISS in Denmark, he progressed to operations manager and was instrumental in obtaining 9001 certifications for the Food Service Division.Upon arriving in Australia, Peter dedicated several years to Ecolab in the food and beverage chemicals division, where he specialised in cleaning and sanitation chemicals for the food industry.

This Business is run by amatures. The Area Manager is incompetent, Right from the start the cleaning was poor quality, first person was "trained" on site" she was not even told the scope of work or expectations required each week. they turned over staff like is was trial shifts only an they were paid below minimum wage, nearly a different staff member each week that i had to show what and how to clean each time. then cleaners would just not turn up without any communication before or after, the area manager has a complete disregard for customer service, I terminated the contract because of a severe
