We recently moved from WA to beautiful Tuncurry
We were living in a van with two dogs and weary from the journey.
When settling our property both Sharon and Chris were outstanding. The process in NSW was completely different from what we knew in WA. They explained the process required and kept us informed throughout. They were expedient in the process, with a short settlement and negotiating with the vendor for us to rent our home in the interim.

We have personally used Conveyancing for You on about 8 occasions and have also recommended the company to numerous family members and friends. At all times we have all found them to be highly professional and so has everyone else that has used them on our recommendation.
I wouldn't go anywhere else and have also referred them to our estate agent to recommend them to their clients.

service. I live in Sydney and find it a very simple process even though they are located in Tuncurry where I used to have a house. They are also extremely competitive in their costs a lot less than Sydney conveyancer. Highly Reccomended.....

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I used this conveyacer and found her to be rude and unprofessional. She was rude to me and to the bank I was dealing with. She stuffed up everything that could be stuffed up - including letting the settlement go through unsuccessfully due to an oversighr made by her.
She even managed to get our names miss spelt on the title! An absolute nightmare! You have been warned!

I completely disagree with the previous two reviews. I bought and sold my apartment through CFY. I have dealt with both Chris and Sharon, and found them to be courteous, helpful and highly professional on each occasion.
