One star is too many
Domain rental department Ettalong are more interested in playing office politics & preserving self importance than assisting the client. Before taking on Domain as a real estate I explained in full what my expectations were & disappointments I'd had with previous real estates. Clearly listening is not a strong point of Domain Ettalong along with communication. To look at their webpage and the way they talk up their teams in reality they struggle on basic levels

Great people and excellent services
The property management team have looked after our rental property for a number of years, after self managing for about two years we are very happy to be back with them at Domain. They did a great job of quickly finding new tenants for our property and assisting us to find trades to do all the final cleanup works to get ready.

They blamed me to my face for kicking the door in which I never did and still never got the font door fixed even after taking pictures of it.
They made us live in a mould filled house with 3 yound kids which had been deemed unsafe and uninhabitable for 4 years offered to help us find another place and prioritize us which they never did and now trying to to take all our bond will never rent through domain property group again ever.
prepared to take the rent and never fixed anything putting the blame on you for everything plumber put hole in wall to fix burst pipe and never got round to fixing

We are glad to move into our new home with Domain Property Group. Since the inspection, the property managers were extremely helpful and great to deal with. Our application was approved within hours, which was a game changer for us, as we needed to move in as soon as possible.
