Prelim Services is our Traffic Control arm of the business. We obtain required permits before commencement of works, and set up the work site to ensure that both workers and the public are kept safe.

This little cafe is one of a collection of eateries in this shopping complex. It's a well stocked cafe with a friendly vibe and comfortable seating. Seriously, the seats look like any other type of chair you'd find in a cafe, but they're really comfortable.
There are specials written on the chalkboard by the entrance, and I recommend the lasagna and salad. You can change it to chips if you want, but I figured eating lasagna was bad enough, I didn't need to ruin my diet anymore.

I had lunch here, a salad sandwich, and it is a nice little cafe, a good choice for lunch if your are in the area. I thought my salad sandwich was a bit expensive, but my friend informed me that it wasn't in fact expensive and most places charge the same, if not more. Oh well. It was nice either way.
I also had a coffee which was average, but not the worst I've had. My friend had an iced coffee which looked really nice. I'd probably go that next time.
