I started Origami Graphics when I was a student at the University of Canberra, super over bartending and wondering whether I could make a living doing what I crave most. It went well. I've got a Major in Digital Design and Production, a Major in Japanese Language and a full-on Bachelor in Psychology.
Look, I get it. Hiring someone to do work for you is scary, especially if you feel like you could *maybe* learn to do it yourself. But there is really no substitute for getting something done professionally. It's why nail salons still exist (everywhere) even though you can buy $2 nail polish and do it yourself.

Don't get me wrong - I love working for corporate clients and making a difference through my work. But commercial jobs are where I have the most fun. Flowery patterns, packaging design, illustration, fashion design, invitations, and logo work are my personal passions and are the reason I became a graphic designer.
Logos are the lifeblood of a business and are Origami Graphics' specialty. Taylor is professional yet personable which made it a delight to work together on my business logo, style guide and business cards. I first engaged Taylor to create a suite of documents for my 50th birthday party. This included Save the Date, Invitation, RSVP cards, Menus, place cards, table numbers and the games booklets. Why I chose Taylor initially, was the 'feeling' that I got from her reply when I sent out a request to quote. Taylor is responsive, personable, professional, curious and extra ordinarily talented. I contacted Taylor at Origami Graphics to come up with some design work to be used across a number of formats. Taylor was very professional, and she was always clear and responsive in her communication. Somehow she was able to make some sense of what I was trying to achieve.
