Jennifer Yip is not only a good person but she is really knowledgeable and patient. She spent time explaining how oratane works, side effects and everything in detail with diagrams and flyers to support. She didn't waste my money by booking me into appointments unless necessary.
People who are giving bad reviews I'm actually shocked. I don't think you have ever been to a bad dermatologist...
I switched from another dermatologist at Bankstown that was booking me into 5 minute appointments and it was costing me about $300 everytime & the dermatologist wouldn't answer questions - he gave me a flyer

No words can describe how I feel right now and how thankful I am after seeing Dr Yip I give 10 stars if I could.....
So long I was treating my skin for something I didn't have and with wrong diagnosis. Funnily I found someone to give me right answers about my skin and was worth it waiting, Dr Yip she change my life and I can't thank her enough for helping me and be so nice, honestly after 8 long years looking for help I thought I will never heal my skin, Dr Yip was my last hope and she brought tears in my eyes when my skin improved that much and took only 5 days.For all the stuff working in SkinDoc

Heard this specialist was good but I think she is overrated. Booked 3 months in advance, went there had to wait 40 minutes in the sitting room and basically it was a 20 minute appointment which felt quite hasty and rushed. And during the appointment she seemed disinterested and unempathetic towards my concerns. Definitely a waste of time and money, especially time, would not recommend this specialist.

I have been a patient of Dr Yips practice for many years.I have a number of auto immune disorders.In the past she has taken time to listen to my sufferings.One thing that has become blatantly obvious is that her ability to work with patients know the medication she is prescibing is questionable.When the specialist asks the patient whether the biological immuno suppressant works with other existing ailments raises serious concerns.The lack of knowledge with cytotoxic medication perhaps also the dismissiveness the reluctance to prescribe antibiotics albeit a general practitioner is lamentable.I have

Never again! My experience with Dr Yip is bad, really bad, I never came across such so called specialists as I do not agree that she is a specialist as the way she deals with the patient is beyond understanding of professionalism and knowledge of the dermatology and I doubt that she is professional in any aspect of it because while being there I right away noticed that she is all distracted, in rush and hurry, therefore she is not paying attention to patient's needs and doesn't listen until the end, interrupts and that makes me understand that she is either not interested, negligent or simply unprofessional
