Replaced my modified Christiania model 2 cargo bike’s battery with a new one from Bike Site. Ordered late on 7 Jan; arrived morning of 13 Jan. I would have liked an email confirming that my order had been dispatched, as it was a surprise when the courier arrived unannounced. Still, Covid’s upended everything. The battery works perfectly, and my riding adventures can continue. I bought a DEHAWK R3S-3613H Battery 36V 13A 468Wh.

We hired 3 electric mountain bikes to undertake the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail over 4 days. The bikes were great, reliable and well maintained. They gave us no problem at all. The batteries were excellent and easily saw us out on 60 to 80 ks per day.
The service provided at the shopfront was obliging and diligent. We had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Thanks so much. We would have no hesitation to use this business again.

Great online interface, purchasing a bike was very easy. The Bike Pickup process was seamless. The customer service was top tier and extremely helpful and also threw on a few extras for the bike. Overall the bikes had no issues with amazing battery life, they are great for food dleivery work and get up hills with ease. I'll definitely consider going here again

They constantly change prices of bikes based on what’s available/catching up to quotas, which is technically illegal. Diff price on the website vs when you get there. They also lease out low quality imitation imports (mainly from China), that’s why they’re cheaper. Two of the ones they loaned me broke down on the road. All talk and drama of being a small enterprise when things go south lol. Stick to the more established lessors please. Rent at your own risk.

We hired two electric bikes for a week and were delighted to be supplied with brand new bikes which were fabulous for touring South Bank and getting around Toowong. Great service too both with the booking and then they helped us with our bike rack and attaching a temporary number plate to our car. We will definitely use them again next time we are in Brisbane

Regretful experience - such potential, severely lacking basic courtesies
I notice most of the good reviews are for the RENTALS. Well my partner and I spent over $4000 on two ebikes and have had an awful customer experience with the whole process.
I have phoned and emailed Sunny and Sam and am left with the only option of posting a bad public review.

Last Saturday my son brought an electric bike from this business and the bikes brakes are faulty they run red HOT! and the spoke broke immediately when he was riding to the train station just after purchase. We have been calling them since Tuesday ringing every day and they would not return my calls or my sons. We have asked for a refund and they are refusing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Guys please be aware of Brisbane Bike Rental!! my sister rent a bicycle for 3 months and they charged hundreds of dollars in double payments without my authorisation. They charged her 450$ to replace the engine even if she didn't break it and they took her damage deposit saying that they had used it to replace components but they've never issued… any invoice of it. When she tried to get her money back they told her that It was the RENTAL CONTRACT which didn't allow them to refund her!
