Chiropractic comes from the ideas that initial sources of pain can be treated by locating and removing interferences (known as "subluxation") from your nervous system. If you have unaligned tyres on your car, it will most likely be a bumpy ride and you will not be able to drive straight. Your spine works in the same way.
Chiropractic is the largest and most popular natural, drug-free healthcare system in the world. Because chiropractors perform a unique service; they locate and release stress from your body, a stress that affects your brain and spinal cord. Your body is the world's most powerful healer-it stores more information than the most powerful mainframe computer.

The neck is comprised of 7 small vertebrae, called the cervical spine. Cervical discs are present in between each vertebra that works as shock absorbers and to facilitate movement. The cervical spine's job is to support and control your head movements. The neck is highly flexible to allow the head to move in many different directions, which increases the chance of injury.
Chiropractic care can help treat and prevent headache and migraines. There are many different types of headaches. The most common we treat in our practice include the Cervicogenic headache, Tension headache and Migraines. Cervicogenic headache is a headache originating from spinal misalignments/fixations and muscle tension in the neck and shoulders.

I went to the clinic in a lot of pain
Mark, was hugely knowledgable, did all the testing, explained every step, then loosened and detorqued my hips, (they are a little off) I then had a wonderful deep tissue massage,
I was sore going in, the next day I felt quite tender, my leg felt too long!
Now, however, I feel better than I have in years,
Strongly recommend:)
