I went there for 2 years for laser hair removal. One day I paid in advance for a few more sessions and after the first one I found out I was pregnant. The lady told me that I could resume the treatment after giving birth. I called up after having my baby and they told me that if i didn' t use it until the end of the year 2021 it would expire. I told them I wouldn't have time to come back so quickly and asked for a refund which they refused. Basically, I paid for nothing and I was misinformed from the very beginning. Disappointing after 2 years of being their regular client.

Very uncooperative manager. My mother bought 10 laser treatment sessions for underarm and lip chin with no results. 90% of the hair grow back in less than a year and when I call to have it resolved, she says what makes u come back to our clinic if 10 treatments didn’t work for you.
I’ve never heard of 10 laser treatment with 10% hair reduction. What a waste!

Don’t waste your time going to this place it’s a waste of time and money bad customer service as well I paid $120 dollars for the first 6 sessions to have laser hair removal done.
I can’t see any change
Had my sessions done with a lady that works there all I can remember is her second name (Forlani) she had a really bad customer service. At last I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place.

Don’t waste your time, money and emotions on this place!
I cannot even begin to describe the level of poor customer service that was offered by this clinic. I am still horrified by how staff talked to me when I was present in the clinic and since over the phone.
I booked a 6 session laser hair removal package and when I attended for my first session I was told to remove my clothes and lay on the bed- which I did. I was then questioned on the fact that I have a permanent cardiac pacemaker with the girl stating that she wanted to check with the doctor first before doing treatment. Up until this

I bought the special of 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I had the same lady for 5 of the 6 treatments. For those 5 treatments I found her to be abrupt, arrogant and in a real hurry each time. After each session I could feel the areas she had missed, she seemed to take offense when I mentioned it to her. She gave me the impression that she didn't enjoy her job and I felt like I was just another client that she wanted to get the job over with.
