Services
No, as physios, EPs and OTs are primary practitioners, we can see clients without a referral. However, for patients who are part of compensable programs; DVA, Chronic Disease Management / EPC, hospital programs or wish to be funded through their Home Care Package, we require a doctor/hospital referral or referral from your case manager/care advisor prior to commencing your home care.

COMPASSIONATE, PROFESSIONAL & UNDERSTANDING
When I rang this wonderful company, Chloe was in the car but intently listened to me, incredibly distressed over what’s being asked of me and my experience with Allay – Which made everything so much worse than it already was!
within three minutes I knew that I needed a specialist occupational therapist for what I was looking for however being the compassionate human being Chloe is, she offered to help find me a suitable one.
You just can’t compare the empathy that I received from Chloe to how coldly and abruptly I was treated by Allay Occupational
