Will not be going anywhere else for phone repairs. Took less then 30 minutes to repair my device and did it right in front of me explaining the process. Great customer service and absolutely lovely people! Well worth the money and time! You will not be disappointed.

Appalling service and very poor quality repair work. Find another repairer.
Because of their incompetence I now have an unusable phone that would have easily lasted another 2-3 years. I bought in a phone with a cracked screen to repair. Arranged to drop phone off at 9am and the repair would take less than two hours. We rang the shop at 12noon and no one had even looked at the phone. It wasn't repaired until late that afternoon, they knew we were waiting in town with a very young baby.

Amazing service! This is the second time I have used Fone Freakz and they have dealt with issues professionally and swiftly. The first time was when my iPhone had water damage. They had everything retrieved onto a USB within 2 hours. I took my husbands Samsung in today, and Brad took into consideration that I lived out of town and offered to repair the charging issues within 1.5 hours so I wouldn't have to drive back into town later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My phone seemed to have died and they were more than accommodating to look at it asap. The phone only needed a reboot, and they were so quick to update me, and help in anyway they could. Great customer service, definitely recommend!

Truly professional business, top quality work. They were able to quickly track down my phone screen which is barely on the market. They repaired the phone but unfortunately Asus sent a defective screen. FoneFreakz happily order another one and changed again free of charge and my phone is fully restored to its previous condition.
