Exceptional! Due to circumstances outside of my control I ended up with numerous items that were so badly dirtied that I truly thought would not be salvageable. These items were no problem for Kathron’s and my items turned out incredibly well AND for such a good price. I will absolutely continue to return!

I called to enquire about the cost of wedding dress alterations. The woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant. Did not offer her name and answered the phone very bluntly. I enquired about the costs for my wedding dress to be altered with my wedding being 4 months away. I was informed "you've left it too late" and that "she only works three days a week you know?". I almost felt like I was a nuisance for calling. I immediately called Ella Moda who were very polite and informed me that I had more than enough time left to have alterations. We have used Kathron's since 2000 & even though we have moved away from the area to outer suburbs if we have difficult repairs or cleaning we will take the 25 minute drive to get the repairs done. I have just had a small ash burn repair on my silk suit & although they were concerned that it would not be an invisible repair it is hardly noticeable, you really have to search for it to see any evidence of the repair. Really happy with the continued quality of their repairs & cleaning service. Well worth the time spent dropping off & collecting my suit.

I had my beautiful (and expensive) wedding gown dry cleaned at Kathron dry cleaners in November of last year. To say I was extremely disappointed and angry with the result is an understatement. The bottom of the dress was left very grey, and there were still marks on the bottom. The dress actually looked worse than prior to having it dry cleaned. This was made worse that Kathron dry cleaners did not inform me prior to collection that they had had difficulty with the cleaning of my dress. Additionally I was charged $300! I was extremely happy with my dry cleaning service.
I had my jacket and 4 shirts dry cleaned on Friday and received them back on Tuesday morning after informing them that they could take their time as it wasn’t urgent.
The service over Facebook messenger was great, and the pickup service was great too.
When I got my garments back they were protected and there was not 1 crease out of place!
Later in the evening I was contacted to ensure I was happy with the service provided.
I’ve not ever used a more professional dry cleaners!
I’ll definitely be using them again!
